Because of the Pecos Post today @redwingfrankfurt on Instagram and Facebook I decided to do a more detailed post at LTG Blog. So you have some views how nice this great boot ages. The iconic Red Wing “PECOS” boot style has a long history.
In 1930 this “pull on” boot was introduced especially at this time for
ranchers, cowboys and drilling roughnecks. The Pecos features till today
a simple but at the same time so nice and timeless design, has a very
comfortable fit and the more it get rugged the better it looks – as you see in the pics below. This
boot is still made the same way as in these early days with quality
leathers in our factory in Red Wing. And the time when a Pecos was worn
just for working is long ago. It is the perfect boot for the urban
prairie, for biker or just to stroll around. At the end of the last year it was launched a very special Pecos: this limited #4327 Red Wing x Eat Dust Pecos in this wonderful Oro russet Abilene roughout
leather. The nicest Pecos ever I think! The Pecos is available at Red Wing Shoe Store Frankfurt online and in-store. AND it is strictly limited! pics | LTG + Jelle Keppens for Red Wing Heritage

RED WING ENGINEER #2966 | SOMETHING REALLY SPECIAL
Red Wings 2966 ENGINEER is a Red Wing Store special. Red Wing Frankfurt just got some
pairs left. It is a non-steel toe transformation of style 968. It is
just perfect for the upcoming biker season. Made of Black Klondike
leather, which is made from a brown base crust with a black paint finish
that gradually wears off to reveal the brown color underneath. It ages
beautifully and creates a great vintage look. Here some more special
features: The boots have the Wing Label on the inside of the shaft
which was used till early 80s | The 2966 has the stamp on the shaft
instead of the print on the label. This was how the product information
was shown in the Red Wing products till 2003 | The buckle 2966 is a high
quality pressed buckle that was used on the steel toe work Engineer
till 2000 | 2966 has the RED WING text logo printed on the Right shaft
of the boots | The bare back stitch is used and the strap to hold it
correctly in place | Brown Base box with Red Wing Label on the Box side
is a box style from 1970s. Get your #2966 in-store or at www.redwingfrankfurt.com pics | LTG & Red Wing Heritage

THE TIMEX x RED WING SHOES COLLABORATION | JUST A FEW LIMITED WATCHES AVAILABLE
Originally these TIMEX x RED WING SHOES COLLABORATION WATCHES were just sold in Japan. Online in Europe just @ endclothing but right now RED WING SHOE STORE FRANKFURT got a strictly limited supply. You can buy the watches online – the only dealer in Germany – or directly in the store. The collaboration watch is available in three styles and sizes: 38 mm, 40 mm and a 42 mm Chrono. Each watch features vintage-inspired dials, stainless steel casing, is up to 50 meters water resistant, INDIGLO@ Night Light and Quick Date®. But the icing on the cake is that each watch is outfitted with an awesome premium leather strap supplied by the master tanners at RED WING SHOES – handcrafted for sure! I don't know exactly what leather color the strap has. It is similar to the famous Oro-Legacy (oil tanned) former known as Oro-iginal but a little bit darker, no more colorful. This leather is used for the icons #875 Moc Toe and #877 Irish Setter. The watches come in a very nice designed box. For a timepiece styled on historic designs with a premium leather band that will age beautifully these watches are incredibly affordable check it @ RED WING FRANKFURT's ONLINE STORE or directly in the store ... remember: these are strictly limited! pics LTG | RWS
