and the winner is: NIGEL CABOURN's EVERST PARKA. one of the finest stuff, maybe the finest, my cupboard stores. great replica look made from 100% ventile proofed cotton which was used in WWII by the british military. i just can wear the parka at maximum 0°C - it keeps you really warm, hand filled with goose down, a british sheepskin collar and coyote fur ruff with an adjustable bracing wire. this CABOURN piece is based on the exact jacket Sir EDMUND HILLARY wore on his conquest of mount everest. available at COGGLES.COM. the HAN PARKA made by danish HAN KJOBENHAVN looks a bit poor beside the EVEREST PARKA, like a little brother – there are some similarities. but the HAN looks nice too. i love the color.
